Receive & assess
Your watch arrives, is logged, and placed in a labelled tray. We examine it and prepare a written assessment.
Share findings
We contact you with what we found — in plain terms. You read the assessment and decide how you want to proceed.
Carry out the work
With your agreement confirmed, the agreed service is carried out carefully. Any new findings trigger another conversation before action.
Test & return
We verify the outcome, prepare your written record, and contact you for collection. The paperwork leaves with the watch.

Wind & Accuracy Tune

A light tune-up for mechanical watches running fast or slow. The work includes timing analysis, gentle regulation, and lubrication checks at key points. Suited to owners noticing small daily drift who want comfortable accuracy restored. Includes a timing report in plain terms.

Comfort Fitting & Refresh

A wearability service combining bracelet or strap fitting with a light clean and seal check. Best for those who find their watch uncomfortable or simply want it feeling fresh on the wrist. Includes a sizing review and honest advice on any parts nearing the end of their life.

Post-work testing
