Things people often ask

How do I know if my watch needs servicing?

Common signs are a noticeable change in daily accuracy, a crown that feels stiff or loose, water marks under the crystal, or simply a watch that has not been serviced in five or more years. Even if nothing feels wrong, a periodic check keeps lubricants fresh and movement parts from wearing unevenly.

Do you work on all types of mechanical watches?

We work on most manual-wind and automatic mechanical watches. Quartz and battery-operated pieces can also be assessed. If a watch requires parts or expertise beyond our scope, we will tell you honestly and suggest where to go — we will not take on work we cannot complete well.

How long does each service take?

A Wind & Accuracy Tune typically takes three to five working days. A Comfort Fitting & Refresh is often ready within two to three days. A full Restoration & Protection Package needs more time — usually ten to fourteen working days — as the work involves complete disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly with thorough testing.

What happens if you find something unexpected during the service?

We stop and contact you. This is our no-surprise promise: if the assessment reveals something not covered by the original scope, we describe what we found, explain the options, and ask how you wish to proceed. Work never advances beyond what you have agreed to.

Are the service prices shown the final amount?

The prices shown are base rates for each service. If replacement parts are needed — a worn gasket, a damaged crystal, a corroded crown — those are quoted separately and only fitted with your approval. The final figure is always agreed before it is incurred.

Can I visit the workshop to drop off my watch in person?

Yes, please do. We are at 18 Phang Nga Road in Talat Yai, Phuket. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00. Walking in is perfectly welcome — or message us first if you prefer to arrange a time.
